Horizon View Apartments

Horizon View Apartments

Horizon View is an apartment block right on the sea front that consists of three sections of different heights. The views from all the living rooms in this block are sea facing and absolutely stunning as they look directly down the beach.

The higher you go in Horizon View the better the view gets.   The building has been constructed in an S shape so that all the views are slightly different.

The apartment block has secure underground parking, with each apartment being given an assigned parking space.  This makes it an ideal location for people concerned about parking problems you can often get with “on street” parking options.

The apartments different shapes and sizes depending on which section of the building you are in and they are rented out by several different holiday companies.  We have listed as many as we have been able to locate below in a easy to compare table.

The apartments in Horizon View are arranged in 3 different floor plan arrangements

Horizon View Apartments – Reverse Duplex Apartments

A Reverse Duplex Apartment is one that is over 2 floors (the Duplex part) with the living space upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs (the Reverse part). Click on the image to the left to get a full floor plan.

This has the advantages for families wanting to surf or play on the beach as the showers are right next to the front door so you can de-wetsuit yourself or your children before they tramp all over the apartment.

It also means that the lounge is as high up the building as possible and therefore will give you better views that a standard Duplex Apartment at the same level.

Duplex apartments set out in this way in Horizon View have the rather odd advantages of having 3 toilets. Some people prefer them as you get to go upstairs to bed (as normal) and you do not have to show guests past the bedrooms to get them to the lounge.

It does means that the lounge is as lower that the reverse duplex apartments on the same level and therefore will give you slightly reduced (but still amazing) views that a Reverse Duplex Apartment at the same level.

Horizon View Apartments – Single Level

A single level apartment is one that is all on one level (clever stuff eh!). Click on the image to the left to get a full floor plan.

The majority of apartments with this configuration are in the block nearest to the village green. They have the advantage of offering people with restricted movement the opportunity to have a high level “bungalow” apartment that is serviced by a lift and does not require any stairs to enter or move round within the apartment.
